插件做什么

只有一件事：你在 web2tape 页面上要求存某个网站时，插件用你的浏览器把这个网站的网页、图片、样式、字体读下来，交给 web2tape 页面，由你决定是否存到区块链上。 你在任何网站上点插件按钮时，插件只读取当前标签页的网址，用来打开 web2tape 并填好网址。

不收集任何数据

• 插件和 web2tape 页面没有自己的服务器，不收集、不上传、不出售任何个人数据，也没有统计或追踪代码。
• 读网页时不带你的登录状态（不发送 Cookie），所以只能读到任何人都能看的公开内容。
• 插件不读取你的浏览记录、表单、密码，也不在别的网站上运行任何代码；只在 web2tape 页面上与页面通信。
• 为了读出靠脚本画出的网页，插件可能临时在后台打开那个网页的标签页，读完立即关闭。

存上链的内容是公开、永久的

你选择存上链的网页会写进你自己的 TapeOut 存放空间（区块链上的文件），任何人都能看到，且无法删除。请只存你有权公开的内容。 上链需要你的钱包签名；钱包地址和交易本来就公开在区块链上。上传用的临时钥匙只存在你这台电脑的浏览器里，用剩的手续费会退回你的钱包。

Summary (English)

The web2tape extension fetches the public pages of a website you ask it to save, without cookies, and hands them to the web2tape page so you can store them on-chain. It collects no personal data, has no server, no analytics, and runs only on the web2tape page. Content you choose to store on-chain is public and permanent.
