Where we are

Done items come with a date and something you can check; work in progress has no deadline; what we haven’t done is said plainly.

Done

2026-10-12 Bard chip design finished, blueprint on chain Passed every manufacturing-rule check the factory requires; the full 11-million-byte blueprint was stored on X Layer and read back byte for byte. Fetch and check
2026-10-05 First on-chain AI math component A 3,829-gate compute circuit taped out on X Layer; every on-chain spot check was correct. Verify
2026-09-26 Gate brain slimmed to about one fifth Gates per word went from about 1.4 trillion to about 260 billion, with every bit unchanged.
2026-09-24 Gate-level AI answers on its own in the browser With the whole model turned into gates, it answered questions in a web page, bit for bit identical to the original. Try it
2026-09-08 The 21-gate driver went on chain A driving circuit of just 21 gates was taped out on BNB Chain, with an open circuit race. Watch it

In progress

The Bard: finishing touches before fab Two kinds of minor electrical issues still need a fix-or-not decision; the fab and the cost are not chosen yet.
Putting the Bard’s circuit on chain Tape out the chip’s circuit itself on TapeOut, with the blueprint’s fingerprint built in, so chip and chain can be checked against each other.
Moving to a newer process Studying how to move the Bard from the 130 nm process to more advanced ones.
On-chain AI math library A set of basic AI operations as circuits anyone can call on chain; five in the first batch. 1 of 5 on chain

Not done, not promised

Putting the whole AI model on chain Too big: ten million times what one on-chain circuit can hold.
Dividends or rights for tokens Holders have no contractual rights to circuits, income or chips. Details
A date or sales for the Bard No timeline and no pre-orders until the fab and the cost are settled.
A public model-to-circuit tutorial The tools aren’t ready for outside users; not promised for now.
